This sweet couple, and their pup, joined me at Fall Creek Falls for a most beautiful engagement shoot. We had so much fun hiking into both falls; stopping along the way to grab shots against my MOST FAVORITE rock wall, in the thick skirt of an old magnolia tree, and on the thin bridge hanging over the river the fed the last fall we shot on.
What a wonderful day!
A team that is up for hauling wardrobe, and makeup, and equipment, to a remote location is a team I want to be a part of again, and again! We had Lenora Garcia on hair and makeup, Shruthi Lapp working out the finer details of wardrobe, and Julie Garcia pulling the most incredible poses - before I even said, "go!" she was on it.
Interestingly enough, you won't find any images of the waterfalls we came to Fall Creek Falls for! We ended up falling in love with the textured walls on the hike into the basin, and spent a majority of our time using them as our canvas. I guess that leaves the option of visiting this location again for another fall-focused shoot in the future. Can't complain about that!
